In this episode I discuss the importance of having the right coach in any area you are looking for extra support in life. It seems like hiring a coach is all the go lately, but why, and how do you know who is best for you? At the end of this episode I take the opportunity to answer questions that I received after my last interview with Laura Davies. I answer the type of supplements I take and the ones I would recommend for horses. I cannot recommend any supplements based on anyone’s individual situations as I do not have a background or education to do so, however I do share what I find has worked for me personally and my horses.
