PHOD Pod: The Rider’s Center of Gravity

On this episode of the PHOD Pod, German show jumper Ronny Riemer explains that the rider’s center of gravity should be in the middle of the saddle. The head, shoulder, hip and heel in alignment puts the rider in the correct position vertically. Because everything in the rider’s body is connected, the entire body should be doing the work.
