Stuffed Italian Sausages

Ingredients:

  • 24 oz Marinara Sauce
  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 38 oz Italian Sausages (sweet, mild or hot) (2 packages)
  • 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 c breadcrumbs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 400
  2. Slice sausages length wise, not the whole way through, flatten out
  3. In a mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese, parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning
  4. Spread on sausages w/ spatula
  5. Top with breadcrumbs
  6. Pour Marniara sauce into baking dish (9 x 12) and spread evenly
  7. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes
